.A narrow canyon, accessible only by perilous pathways down the cliff face. The entrances to the warren of caves where darks bring their prisoners, be they lights, neutrals, or other darks that dared to cross their ruler. Escapes from here are rare, and many that go in don't come out.

| .Moonshadow's Valley.
.Once a heavenly expanse of lush green fields, the ground is now dry and cracked and the little vegetation that remains is inedible. It was once the home of the royal herd, and is Moonshadow's final resting place. So many perished due because of battlewounds or the drought that came after that few remain who remember it's location, and most of those that do are far too busy with their own petty squabbles to venture here. Darks have yet to learn its location, but with the arrival of new enemies it may only be a matter of time before this safe haven is discovered...

| .Shadowed Mountains.
.A foreboding place inhabited by the dark rulers. Three vast mountains rise up out of the ground, more often than not shrouded in fog, concealing a warren of caves, grassy plateaus and springs, that could take a wanderer days to negotiate if they did not know their location beforehand. The atmosphere here has been enough to send some running for the safety of their homeland within minutes. Enter at your peril.
